What we do

Our main offering is the complete project management input for your construction project. It can also mean involving us in the early stages of the project to give direction and heed to the different pitfalls at the start and duration of the building project.
The scope of our involvement is your choice as a client.
The following is some of what we do but not limited to this list:​

Scoping the project and advising on the best course of action

Assisting with plan submission to the particular Council

Assisting with enlisting services of registered professionals for necessary disciplines

Assisting with the soliciting of tenders and quotes

Writing of tender recommendations and assisting with the setting up of the contract

We deal with JBCC, GCC and NEC contracts amongst others

Reviewing contractors program of works and commenting on the constraints

Assisting with decision making as an independent party to the project
